Terms of Service for Commissions and Adoptables

If anyone purchases a commission or design from me, please follow these rules, if any rules are broken you may be BLACKLISTED from getting commissions or designs. By getting a commission FROM ME, you are AUTOMATICALLY agreeing to these terms.

RULES

- You may post the commission or design as long as the proper credit is given, linking / tagging isn't specifically required, it is enough to state "by xXNeoNightmare", though linking directly to my website, tumblr or twitter is preferred.

- You may NOT edit the commission once it is finish beside for cropping for personal use. If a commission isn't to your satification, you may ask for alteration however only MINOR alterations not a complete redraw of the product.

- You however MAY alter designs once you've bought them, any design bought may be used in any matter for stories, comics, reference, etc. Once the design is in your hand, do whatever you please with it. As long as I am credited for the original design

- Do NOT resell or redistrubute any commission or design UNLESS given EXPLOITED PERMISSION TO DO SO. Some designs may be resold but they must be resold at the same price they were bought unless its accompanied with other artwork.

- NO ARTWORK WHAT SO EVER IS ALLOWED TO BE USED TO TRAIN OR BE FEED INTO ARTIFICAL INTELLGIENCE OF THE GENERATIVE KIND. DO NOT BOTHER ITS REALLY NOT WORTH IT, TRUST ME.
